This blog is dedicated to meirou project. meirou is a Flickr Photo Management Tool and is built on .Net framework 3.o. This tool is not intended to be a substitute for the Flickr (web) user interface but an “add-on” that should allow you to more easily oganize your photos as well as upload and download them.
